General conditions

B&B = Bed & Breakfast
HP = Half board
The minimum prices for a minimum stay of 3 days.
Double room used as a single room: surcharge of 40%
We provide you with the bathrobes with a small extra charge.

Arrival and Departure

The rooms are available from 2 pm on your arrival day.
We ask you to leave your room at 10 am on your departure day.

Payment

We accept cash, EC card, Mastercard and Visacard.
We remind you that as from 01.01.2018 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments (valid for our category) of 2,00€ per person/per day. (Except children up to 14 years). The tourist tax is not included in the price.
Prices are per person and day.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before the arrival we charge 50% of the booking, after this period and in case of postponed arrival, we charge 100% of your stay.

Board

The rich breakfast buffet is included.
We serve our culinary specialities at dinner from 7 pm. You can choose from two menus, traditional tyrolean specialties or italian cuisine + salad buffet. We guarantee first quality and freshness.

Car Park

You can park your car free of charge at the parking place in front of our house. With former reservation you can also use the garage (daily charge 5 Euro). Our hotel also has a charging station for electric vehicles.

Motorbikers

Bikers can park in our garage for free. (Working tool is available).
